Octaviana Halpin

Business Manager

Octaviana Halpin is the Business Manager at Curtis Strategy, responsible for the firm's financial management and accounting functions. She focuses on maintaining daily financial records, performing analysis, and producing essential financial reports, including ledger entries, invoicing, monthly reconciliations, and reporting on investment returns. Furthermore, Octaviana facilitates the firm’s thought leadership by leading strategic outreach on behalf of the partners for speaking engagements and high-level external relations.


Before joining Curtis Strategy in June 2024, Octaviana gained experience as an accounting specialist in residential property management. Her career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Boston as an audit support specialist, and she has also held positions at IBM (Cognos) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This background provides her with an excellent eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of financial compliance and systems.

Octaviana earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management from Boston University, where her academic achievements were recognized with the Capstone Award and the William Arthur Moynihan Scholarship. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
