Sarah O’Rourke

Sarah O’Rourke is an Associate Consultant at Curtis Strategy, where she specializes in transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive social impact. With a career spanning high-level think tanks, government agencies, and the corporate sector, Sarah brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and operational expertise to every project.

Before joining Curtis Strategy, Sarah conducted pivotal policy research at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the U.S. Army War College. Her corporate background in large-scale strategic acquisitions and regulatory compliance gives her a deep understanding of how to navigate complex organizational environments. Sarah holds a Master of Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
