Julie Chubukian is an Associate Consultant at Curtis Strategy, where she specializes in transforming operational and strategic priorities into sustainable impact for mission-driven organizations. By aligning change management with organizational mission and culture, she brings a personable, systems-oriented approach to solving complex challenges while enhancing organizational health and community impact.
Before joining Curtis Strategy, Julie completed a Healthcare Administrative Fellowship, during which she partnered with executive leadership and multidisciplinary clinical teams to lead initiatives in patient experience, bioethics, process improvement, and workforce engagement. She brings a specialized capability in translating senior strategy into frontline operations to drive system performance and operational excellence. Her experience in large-scale system operations is further supported by her Human Resources experience at CommonSpirit Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems.
Julie holds a Master of Health Administration from the George Washington University and a B.A. in Business Management from Emmanuel College, with minors in Psychology and Public & Global Health.
